What we do with what you send us.

What we collect

When you fill in the quote form on this site, you give us your name, phone number, email address, the service you are interested in, the address or ZIP code where the tree is, and whatever you write in the description box. We do not ask for payment details, and the form never will.

Alongside that, the form records where your visit came from: the first page you landed on, any campaign tags that were on the link you followed (utm_source, gclid, fbclid and similar), and the name of the site that sent you — the hostname only, such as google.com, never the page you were reading. It is kept in your browser for the length of the visit and sent once, with the form. It tells us which advert or listing brought you here, so we know what is worth paying for. It does not identify you.

That is all of it. We take no IP address, no device details, no advertising cookies and no third-party trackers. Nothing on this site follows you once you leave it.

When you call or email us directly, we keep whatever you tell us in that conversation for the same reasons.

Form submissions are delivered to the system we use to track jobs and follow-ups. It holds that information on our behalf and under our instructions, and it is not allowed to use it for anything else.

What we do with it

• Call or email you back about the tree.
• Work out a quote, which usually means coming to the address you gave us to look at the tree.
• Schedule the work if you hire us.
• Follow up afterward to make sure the job is right.

We do not sell your information, rent it, or hand it to marketing companies. If someone working on your job needs your address, they get that and nothing more.

How long we keep it

Quote requests that do not turn into work are kept in case you come back to the project, and deleted when they are no longer useful. Records for jobs we completed are kept longer for record-keeping and in case a question comes up about the work.

This website

The site does not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies, and it stores nothing in your browser. It is served over an encrypted connection.

Your choices

Children

This site is for adults arranging work on their property. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
